✅ Return & Exchange Policy (Non-intimate items)
You can return & exchange non-intimate items within 7 days of delivery if they don’t meet your expectations. Simply raise a return or exchange request within this 7-day window by mailing our team at support@bellanoches,com. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Please note that intimate wear items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, in line with hygiene and safety standards. We request you to review the product details carefully before placing your order.
How to Request a Return / Exchange
To raise a return request, contact us with:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Refunds will be issued only after:
- The item passes quality inspection
- Packaging, tags, and condition are verified
Return Method & Cost
- Returns are accepted by mail/courier
- Return label is free and will be shared/arranged by our team
- No restocking fee is charged
Shipping & Cancellation Terms
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. We offer free shipping across India on standard deliveries.
If a customer requests:
- Cancellation after order confirmation
- Address change after dispatch
- Refusal of delivery
- Any change resulting in return-to-origin (RTO) or reshipment
Then the two-way shipping charges (forward + return) and Payment Gateway Charges will be chargeable to the customer.
These charges may be:
- Deducted from the refund amount, or
- Collected before reshipping the parcel
COD Policy (Advance Payment)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to pay a COD advance amount at the time of confirmation. Please note that this COD advance is non-refundable if the customer cancels the order after confirmation, refuses delivery, or fails to accept the delivery at the time of arrival. This policy is in place to cover shipping, handling, and processing costs incurred once the order is dispatched.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to include clear photos of the item along with an unedited, continuous video showing the unboxing process and the defects clearly. This helps us assess the issue accurately and ensure a prompt resolution.
Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
